This full bodied wine was crafted from premium, handpicked Shiraz grapes sourced from the Heathcote wine region. This batch of grapes was first destemmed, then left on skins for three weeks before pressing. Finally, it was aged for 10 months in 10% new Hungarian oak before bottling.

No fining or filtration has been used, ensuring the fruit’s integrity and character has not been compromised. This wine shows intense flavours of ripe plum and blackberry, along with notes of tobacco and dried herbs, providing great depth, elegance and complexity.
