This wine was crafted from premium, handpicked Riesling grapes sourced from the Strathbogie Ranges wine region. After pressing, the juice was transferred in mature French oak barrels, were the fermentation took place. The wine was then aged on its own lees for 10 months before bottling.

A racy acidity, combined with white flowers, lemon and orange blossom notes, make this wine bright, vibrant and textural, with a long and refreshing finish.
