This medium bodied wine was crafted by carefully blending right amounts of Yarra Valley Sangiovese and Heathcote Shiraz. The two wines were made and aged separately  for 10 months in mature French oak barrels. Blending happened before bottling.

No fining or filtration has been used, ensuring the fruit’s integrity and character has not been compromised. This wine shows intense flavours of spice, sour cherries and forest berries, along with earthy notes, providing great depth, elegance and complexity.
