This wine was crafted from premium, handpicked Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Yarra Valley wine region. After pressing, the juice was transferred in mature French oak barrels, were the fermentation took place. The wine was then aged on its own lees for 10 months before bottling.

A racy acidity, combined with white peach, creamy and nutty notes, make this wine bright, vibrant and textural, with a long and refreshing finish.
